Trevor Pawliczka and Tim Murnaghan
Tim and Trevor have a collective 38 years of renovation experience between them, and have been working together for almost a decade, prior to the official launch of T2 Renovations in 2021.
Tim and Trevor complement each other well in terms of their specialties and knowledge. Together, they have hired and trained an amazing team of workers who can take on any size project, from demolition to rough construction to beautiful finishings and turnkey renovations. As a company, T2 values consistency, transparency and craftsmanship excellence.
Our passion for custom renovations and transforming spaces is what drives us to do what we do best every single day.
When working with T2 Renovations, you can sit back and relax while we handle every detail of your project. We manage timelines, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth renovation journey.
OUR PROCESS
Once we receive a client inquiry with project details, we provide clear communication and dialogue to guide you through your project start to finish.
STEP 1
Launch Call
On this call we will gain more information about your renovation project and about the vision you are looking to achieve.
STEP 2
On Site
The on-site walk through is where we will take measurements and fully analyze the state of the current space so that they can provide you with an accurate estimate, based on the scope of work that needs to be done.
STEP 3
Estimate
You will receive your estimate shortly after the onsite visit. Someone from T2 will be available to answer any questions you may have or modifications/ additions you would like to make should there be any.
STEP 4
Agreement
Our agreement will be sent over to you shortly after the acceptance of the estimate. The agreement will also include a confirmation of your project renovation start date!
STEP 5
Build
We begin on the project and bring your renovation dreams to life while focusing on detail and craftsmanship excellence!
